Jimmy John's whole marketing scheme revolves around fast delivery and it's clearly not a priority here. Ordered 50 mins ago from... a store 3 mins away so I could catch up on work during my lunch break. Now my breaks nearly over, still no sandwich. Second timenow, and the last. The food is fine. Jimmy John's is always fantastic and the staff at this location are great. I also absolutely love their unwich, it reminds me... of In-N-Out's protein style burgers, but a sandwich version. If you like to limit your bread intake but don't want to sacrificeyour choices for fillings, I highly recommend trying the unwich. Read more
Freaky Slow!! I typically order maybe 1x week, and everytime they get slower and slower. I ordered online, an hour ahead, waited... 1.5hrs and still no order. Overall very fast, courteous service, and delicious! Cashier helped me find what I wanted on the menu because this was my first... time ordering. Sandwich was done even before I had finished getting my receipt, even though it was a special! The sandwich wasamazing. Truly amazing! I normally hate cold sandwiches and especially mayo, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. The mayo amountwas totally reasonable and complimented the sandwich. Worth the price. Read more
The sandwich was good, but the customer service was awful. It was my very first time trying this place and even ordering on... their app. I walk in there and I'm not even greeted. Three girls working and they just stare at me, I say that I have a mobileorder to pick up and one of the ladies said "It's right there in front of you." in a nasty attitude. When they say you receive your food freakishly fast they really mean it!! Hehe They have excellent gourmet sandwiches & at very... reasonable prices too!!????????? Very friendly staff & they usually get my sandwich done before I've even finished paying forit. ???? The store always smells heavenly of fresh baked bread & the smells are free....lol???? I've only tried about 4different sandwiches so far & every single one was very tasty & quite filling. I really enjoy they're variety of chips too butmy favorite is the large soft cookies they sell too for desert!! A fairly normal variety of drinks too but my fav is thelemonade!!???? The store has been spotlessly clean including the restrooms every time i visit.???? They play great music tooso your comfy while you eat at either their tables or booths.
