Honestly I don?t normally do these types of reviews. But just about every time I?ve gone into this location they have messed my... order up. Today I went in ordered a Turkey bacon avocado, asked for no tomorrow and extra spear but instead got tomatoes. WhichI guess not that big of a deal? but then my boyfriend pulled out his Ham and Swiss deli sandwich and there was NO HAM AND SWISSand that?s in the name of the sandwich. The cashier seemed super on point. But whoever made the food had no clue what they weredoing. Will never go back to this location. Lox portions are so small!!! Complete falsehood with advertised ?Nova Lox? bagel on the menu. Like a cherry on a cake the small... portion of lox is dropped in the middle of a bagel. This is not just in one location - Einstein corporate rolls lox portionsinto tiny amounts nation wide. The picture on the wall in any Einstein bagel shop and the lox bagel one gets will differ. Theamount of lox dumped on the bagel covers only 30%. It is funny. Some corporate VP decided to pinch consumers? This is a lawsuitmaterial. Read more

I have never written a bad review before in my life, as I never had the need too, but unfortunately now I do. I used to love... going to this location for their lox and bagels. However, recently the service has been horrendous. I went two times in the lastmonth. The first time they completely messed up the to-go order for my family and the extra dozen bagels that I bought werebasically dough balls. Inedible actually. Then I decided to try them one last time last week. The woman at the registercompletely ignored me and stood there and squabbled with another employee. She then was very blunt when she finally addressedme. In the end they got my order incorrect again and put items on my bagel that I asked them not too. I used to love goingthere, but unless something changes, I will not be going there anymore. Such a bummer. Read more
