The worst Dutch Bros experience I?ve ever had. There was some snow earlier in the morning so no one was taking orders until you... got to the window. They were making one beverage at a time and once you?re in line and someone pulls up behind you, you?restuck. The line took 40 minutes. No one should ever have to wait 40 minutes for a coffee. Dutch Bros will forever remain iconic and a staple in life. Employees are relatively sweet, conversational, and efficient at... this particular Dutch - plus they love and adore animals that show up at the drive-thru which is always appreciated. However,the baristas in Longmont always seem to be distracted (and maybe dismissive?) while messing around or superficially chattingwith their coworkers. This is generally understandable when it?s an occasional occurrence, but it?s strange considering howattentive and compassionate Dutch Bros employees usually are on a regular basis everywhere else. The drinks are a mix of subparand delightful (it?s a 50/50 chance each time you visit here), but some of the employees at this location could definitelyimprove on their customer service when directly serving their patrons. Addition: this establishment was the first ever DutchBros location I was exposed to four long years ago, and I must say the staff and experience were both so spectacular then (morelike life-changing!). The drink quality and dedication/enthusiasm of their baristas was absolutely incredible then, and I?m surethey will return to those impeccable standards once again in the future. Read more
