Friendly staff, but the worst doughnuts ever. Worse than the grocery store. I get why the coffee is popular: you need to dip the... dry, stale doughnuts in something. And I can taste the vegetable shortening. Truly horrid. Read more
I came here for some weekend donuts and coffee. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The store was clean. The selection... of donuts was pretty good. It was easy to get to right off of CO-119 and there was a good amount of parking. Read more
I?m truly never been to a slower coffee shop in my life. Now three separate occasions I?ve had to wait over :20 for an order.... Hire more staff already, or pay the minimum you have better so maybe there?s some sense of urgency. Read more

One star due to the young lady taking orders being very rude. We ordered 6 donuts and while we were telling which ones we wanted... she seemed annoyed. I asked her then that our latte was missing and she replied ?yea we are not done with it? in a very rudeway. This store has horrible customer service! Just when you think there?s no way it can get worse, think again. Do not go to this... store! Every time I order crispy bacon through the drive-thru, it comes out raw. So this time, I decided to take my bagelsandwich back inside and show the lady at the counter who claimed its cooked bacon just warmed up, not raw. I wish I would havetaken photos to show what warmed, cooked bacon looks like. Raw. So I asked her to please re-make it. Do you think it came outcrispy? Nope. I gave up. Removed said ?raw bacon? and there it in the trash outside their establishment. If your just orderingdonuts, it?s fine or maybe? They throw them all in a bag, frosting sliding off and reattaching to the napkins in the bag orreattaching to a sister donut. You?ll more than likely be disappointed more times than not. My experience sucked. The young lady was very rude. I wanted 3 dozen mixed and I couldn't pick what I wanted. She handed me 3... dozen pre made. I can guarantee I won't be back there or recommend anyone going there. I use to work at a donut shop and we gavethe customer the option to pick what they want and how many they want of each donut. Y'all need to do better. Teach youremployees how to talk and treat customers. Read more
Pretty typical experience at this location. I went in to get my kids the assortment of donuts they want and the young man behind... the counter was complain how he hates when customers order like this . The young lady was fine that was helping me out but hewas running his mouth behind the counter. He was definitely a newer employee. Very unprofessional. I get not being happy whereyou work . But with me Being the only customer in the store . You should probably wait for me to leave. Read more
