I ordered one pizza and the order was supposed to be delivered within 75-85 minutes. We were waiting for more than one hour and... suddenly the order was cancelled. This was very dis-satisfying and unprofessional. They should have cancelled the orderimmediately if they can not serve. Instead they cancelled after letting us wait for one hour. I ordered online an hour ahead because i was going to pick up on my lunch break at work, got the notification my pizza was done... at 5:15, arrive at the store to find it?s not done. I waited for thirty minutes for my order (nothing special, just plain cheesepizza w garlic crust and parmesean bread bites) until i had to politely ask them if they could help me so i could go back towork. at which point, the man behind the counter said (word for word) ?honestly i have no idea where your pizza?s at.? he handedme a random pizza box, and a random half sized box that looked like the bread bites and sent me on my way. i wouldn?t botherleaving a review if i?d gotten the right order, but my pizza was totally wrong and i got the wrong side item too. ultimatelypretty upset i paid for this. I went to place an order online and found that they no longer carry blue cheese. I called and the lady confirmed it. I looked up... the other two Dominos in the area just out of curiosity and they both carry it...but of course don't deliver to my house. IDKwhat this owner is thinking. It's at least the second item that they've gotten rid of and don't carry that everyone else does.It's ok. I'll just order from Blackjack. Their pizza is always great anyway. Where as this Dominos has always been a hit or misssince they've opened. Read more
I had better, save yourself and get frozen pizza from your local grocery store and bake it yourself, it takes some kind of... talent to be able to overcook half of the pizza and then the other under cooked the other half. Read more

Holy over charge for 10 pieces of pasta with 5 pieces of chicken. Was so disgusted that there was hardly anything in there.
We used to order from the Main Street store quite a bit. But the last several times we got a pizza, delivery took about an hour.... It was no big surprise to find the food was cold and the topping had transformed into a clear, congealed, cheesy mess. Justgross. However, I give the kid on the phone 10/10 for his response to my call. He was courteous and on the level that they?reshort handed and that deliveries are suffering for it. That store was pretty good before Covid- but now? Not so much. TheDominos app keeps giving me more free pizzas so that?s something, I suppose. For now I?m not ordering anything in hopes thatthey will get a more dependable staff and things get better over there. I?m pulling for them though! Read more
Don't bother trying to order online your order won't go through this is the third time this has happened to me only at this... store by far the worst Domino's in Longmont stay far and from this place awful awful place to order pizza from save your moneygo up north if you have to have Domino's but absolutely do not order online from this place because they will most definitelynot have your order ready Read more
