First time visitor as we don?t have these near my home, and was pleasantly surprised with the wide selection on the menu. Great... double burger and side salad with diet Mountain Dew at the self serve fountain, what more could you ask for? I saw a lot offamilies coming in for ice cream , maybe try that next time. Bobby was the sweetest worker, he was honest and gracious. He even went so far as to check on us after we got our order. He was... learning the new register system and when he asked Alana for help she was short with him! Food was good and the restaurant wasvery clean. Read more
Couldn't have been more disappointed after great reviews. I'm guessing they have paid for many of these reviews. The meat was... grisly as all get out. The seasoning was off. Super inconsistent Culver's. Been coming here for years, because sometimes it's just AMAZING. Some of the best burgers around.... They're warm and juicy and drip delicious grease. But wow sometimes the burgers are just terrible. Not sure what's going on.Today the cheese on my burger wasn't melted at all. Didn't drip at all. The patties were barely warm and they were dry. Weirdtoo considering the drive thru line was huge so they were busy so you'd think it'd be fresh but the burger seemed like they usedold patties and just threw cheese on it before putting the buns on. Tasted like some high school cafeteria burger. Just don'tget it. This happens like half the time I come here. I'm going to stop coming, not worth the risk. Was 3:30pm on Friday. Plusthe cashier did not understand what I wanted, I clearly said triple cheeseburger with mayo. I had to correct her to put mayo onit before she sent it but sadly I didn't notice she rang in only a double. I was in a rush so didn't have time to send it backand get a triple. I just hope a manager sees this and corrects the problem with the inconsistent cooks, because when this placedoes it right it's hard to beat. Half of the food turned out and the employees were great. However the menu should be more accurate about the condiments on their... sandwiches and should include EVERY CONDIMENT. On the deluxe it states only mayo as a condiment. There is definitely alsomustard on that sandwich, and yet no where in the description did it state mustard. Fortunately my fiancé just hates mustardinstead of being allergic, please fix your menu. Read more
