Thank you cold stone! If I could give 10 stars I would. I ran in after work on Fathers day to find a full freezer of ice cream... cakes and a full staff behind the counter ready to help. I found the flavor and size cake I needed. The staff was freindly andfast getting happy birthday written on the cake for me. Thank you Avery the cake looks amazing! Read more

I had a disappointing experience trying to order through DoorDash. The Coldstone owner contacted me and issued a credit to the... card I had used to place my order. He then called me again and said my order had been made if I wanted to pick it up and Icould have it for free. That is customer service!!
