Picked up dinner for the family. Got home and was eating to find the pinto beans were not cooked all the way and were still... pretty hard not soft and easily mashed. Shared experience on my chipotle account and was given a response. In the response aswell as being assured they would be training better on cooking the beans I was told there was a bogo coupon included in theemail. There was NOT. Only found that out when we went back to chipotle and were to order and use bogo. Got dinner anyway. So Iresponded to the email response I was given about the uncooked beans which said let them know if I need anything else. Saidthere was no bogo. Ordered online waited an hour an half and got cold food that was ready an hour ago with no update. They updated the doordash to... say it's ready in 10 minutes the entire hour. I was told if I wanted warm food I'd have to pay again. Save your money Read more
It's always busy with a line out to the door. Compared to other places they get through the line really fast. I enjoy the fact... that you can adjust what you get to fit your needs/likes. Very clean and organized. If you haven't been here try it. Read more
I got there and they said they weren't taking walk in orders. The only way to order was with a phone app or from the website.... Then the app only lets you pay with something called "google pay". Then google pay only works if you have a password pin numberto lock your phone screen. After jumping through all those hoops, it said the wait time was 15 minutes, as if they're baking apizza or something. And it all gets assembled in the back kitchen, where you have no idea what they're doing to it. I saw oneperson come in to pick up an online order, and 10 different cars of people come in and get confused and then leave. Thecustomers seemed to have gotten tired of explaining it to people that don't read the sign on the door, so they just startedtelling customers that they were closed instead, even though they were still open for another hour. We've officially turned intoChina. I recommend getting on youtube and learning how to make your own chipotle at home from now on. Chipotle used to befaster than fast food, but I just wasted 40 minutes to get a simple burrito. And on top of everything, it didn't taste good atall. I foresee this location shutting down soon at this rate. Read more
Meal was decent, however the white lettuce that i encountered while eating was no good. It was sour and tasted artificial. I... went home and began feeling incredibly sick. Make sure to request normal lettuce when you go. Will not be returning! Read more
