So happy to have found a fully gluten-free allergen-friendly coffee shop! So many options for dairy-free and vegan too. It is so lovely to sit inside or out to enjoy a properly made espresso drink. The ambiance is on point. The artwork on the walls... is tremendous. I love that there are both covered and uncovered areas for sitting outdoors. The staff are kind and helpful.Cavegirl is my favorite place to sit and chat with a friend or sit and journal by myself. Love this place! When I asked which pastry options were vegan, I was told to take my pick of anything in the glass. I had... already ordered the avocado toast on day one and was thrilled with the outdoor seating availability. The drinks were deliciousand the service is not just friendly, but connected... the vibe being very empowering and even magical. Omg, what a lovely treat! Being paleo myself, I've pretty much accepted that any coffee shop I go to I can only get a black... coffee... boring. So walking in here I felt like a kid in a candy shop! I could pretty much have anything I wanted. I went withhalf an avocado and a Maple Cinnamon coffee. And then of course I couldn't resist the flourless chocolate muffin. Yum! I mayjust have to drive all the way back to Longmont in the near future... Bonus: they use organic coffee which is also a rare find! Read more
I loved the design and energy in here. Realty cool part of Longmont too. The tea was great and the food was also really good.... The only thing I noticed was the portions were quite small even though they were delicious. If you?re looking for a full mealmaybe not ideal but perfect for a snack and good drinks. Read more
Got a donut and snickerdoodle bite. Both would satisfy a sugar craving, but not much else. The pumpkin spice donut tasted more... like bread(not very sweet) and the snickerdoodle bite was like an edible cookie dough bite, but not the good kind. Read more
Quite possibly the best coffee house I've ever been in period! I am from New Jersey and I wish we had a coffee house like this!... The whole place is gluten free and they really take pride in everything they serve. I ordered a vanilla latte that wasdelicious. And a 1/2 of an avocado with a fried egg and some greens that was so spectacularly seasoned, it just was deliciousand so healthy! The vibe is so awesome. There's cool inside seating, an amazing outdoor seating area and a deck that you canhave your coffee on in the beautiful morning sun. The menu for breakfast and lunch is carefully thought out, nice and light andhealthy. I also had a pecan blueberry gluten free donut that was the best donut I ever had and I am not kidding you. I had abeautiful healthy breakfast and then a beautiful healthy donut! Look at my pic and you will see why I couldn't resist! I foundmy new happy place when I am visiting my friend who lives here in Colorado. I will be here every single day until I leave andgo back to boring New Jersey. I will miss this coffeehouse! If you struggle to find gluten free food, this is your place. Everything I've had at Cavegirl has been great. You can't go wrong... with any of their drink options either. Unlike some other coffee shops/bakeries in the area, I don't feel bogged down andsluggish after eating here. Your body can tell when the ingredients are good for you, and it shows here.
