Ordered through the drive through and had a total of $11.26. I gave the man at the window $20 in cash, and received $8.60 back.... I wouldn?t be mad about the missing 14 cents (I can understand a change shortage if they would?ve told me that) but not only didI not get a receipt, when I asked about my change, he said to me in a very rude tone: ?Yeah, so what?? I won?t be stopping byas long as they continue to let this slide. If you?re going to get food here, use credit or debit. But if you have to use cash,make sure you get a receipt, otherwise these people will take your money. Read more
Went there tonight to get dinner and it was horrible! The nuggets were extremely old. I ordered 2 large fries and together they... didn't even make a small! Absolutely the worst visit to this burger king. My son was very upset his food tasted like rubber. Dobetter burger king!! Read more
Most horrible experience at Ken Pratt Burger King Longmont today. The lady at the drive thru window made us wait for about 5... minutes. We patiently waited. When we started ordering, she heard our accent and didn't have the patience to listen to ourorder. I was horrified when she told me "I don't have time to serve for people like you. We have other customers to serve.Please leave and have a good night"!!! She refused to serve us and didn't even respond to us after we tried to contact heragain. Great place, good people Night manager worked very hard to make my order correct, after a couple of mistakes by her employees.... This place has been seriously understaffed. But now they have not messed up an order in almost 3 months. Way to step it up BK!!Unbelievable I have never in my life been to a store that would not take cash this one just told me they were not able to takecash today wow I think I'm prime to go to Wendy's from now on. Their system stole $2 from me i looked at my reciept and the reciept and my bank statement do not match and i do not eat out... often if at all after asking management they refused to explain where the $2 went or why i was charged extra i refuse to everreturn. Had just gotten off work and went through the drive through. Ordered a #1 with cheese and 2 original chicken sandwiches and a... bacon king meal, For the family. Just to have the 2 chickens be old and stale. And the whopper was very dry and old. And thebacon king was MIA! Not there. Instead there was a small cheeseburger with bacon that was old for sure.
