I have been there twice in the last couple of weeks. Late night. First visit I had no waiting at drive thru. Very friendly and... accommodating. Second visit there was a line at the drive thru. Found out they were training someone to take orders. So wait wasunderstandable. I will definitely recommend this place and will return myself. Read more
I stopped going to this Burger King because my order was always wrong! The lady would sometimes have to take my receipt just to... get my order and my order would still be wrong!!! After not going here for like 2 months I finally went back like a week ago tofind that they hired a new younger lady. This was the best service I have had there yet, her voice is even pleasant!Unfortunately after this experience I went back on a Saturday night only to get service from the lady that is always messing upmy orders. I asked for no onions and got onions. I hope nobody has food allergies because if you get the older lady there is agood chance you're getting those no tomatoes on your burger! I will go back to this Burger King as soon as I learn the scheduleof that new employee. I REFUSE to be served by the rude older lady. Read more
I dont even wanna give this place any stars but have to to post. This is what happene..... My family went throw the drive throw,... when we get our food we check to make sure its right and its not. We go back throw the drive throw tell them and the guy at thewindow takes the food back to the people making our food and the guy comes back and tells us its a new sandwitch when we asked.Then we check it again still wrong and missing the correct items. We tell the guy at the widow this agin but he focused on thepretending to take an order then walked away. Read more
Well that was an annoying experience. I went through the drive through and got two things. An ice cream cone and a large fry.... They were busy so they handed me the cone while charging my card and taking another persons order in the drive thru. My conestarted melting and I attempted to ask the woman twice for a cup and she was too pre occupied on the other drive through ordersso I pulled up to the second window to ask. Only to be met by the same woman again minutes later telling me I should have toldher about this before because she?s already tracking time. That is quite literally not my problem and I attempted to get thiswoman?s attention and was ignored. Thanks for that. Read more
The food is disgusting old and nasty. They don?t care how old it is or how it looks. It will get you sick of you get a chance... call the department of Colorado food service on them. Hopefully they get enough complaints about them that they shut them down. Read more
Went thru at 11:45pm ish on friday. They were slow to take my order and just as slow to make it. Than one whopper had a burnt... bun and the other whopper had 3 small patties instead of the big one. Also both were cold. Read more
These people need to wear hair nets. This is absolutely disgusting. Got home, opened my bag, pulled out my fries to find this. A... nice long blue hair wrapped around all of the fries. Knew exact who it was because there was only 1 girl working that drivethrough with bright neon blue hair. She?s probably a nice person, but I threw all my food in the trash. Doesn?t really makeanything else in the bag appetizing after seeing that. Read more
