0 stars for the host, 5 stars for Donny! When we first arrived, we waited for the host for a couple of minutes even though it... wasn?t even busy (got there around 530 pm on 11/18). When he finally came over, we asked for a booth (could see multiple wereopen and clean) but he acted like this was an inconvenience and said he had to coordinate with the waiters to get somethingcleaned but he could seat us at the bar right away. I should mention we could barely hear him as well. We didn?t want to sit atthe bar so we just said we would wait. Ended up waiting 5 min, whatever, to get seated at a half booth half table 2 person spot.So while there were other booths and plenty of spots open, he made us wait and made us feel like an inconvenience because hewanted to sit us at a different table. Alright. Luckily we got Donny as a server. We haven?t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings inliteral years but had a gift card which is what brought us in. Given the reviews and first experience with the host, ourexpectations were set pretty low, but Donny turned that around. He was very kind and attentive, checking in numerous times oneverything and kept our drinks full. He even recommended some chipotle barbecue dry rub on the tots which was a greatsuggestion. So sad that the quality of food has gone downhill.. The wings had barely any sauce on it. One of the wings was a big chunk of... bone covered with sauce I'd ordered 3 cups of ranch and they were all consistently only half full. Potato wedges were awesomethough. On 8/7 We ordered for delivery to feed our family including my 2 yr old. The order arrived 20 mins after they said it would.... When it arrived it was ice cold we then called and was offered by the girl on the phone to remake it I said no because my 2 yrold need to go to bed as it was after 10pm. I asked maybe a store credit, the girl said we can do a refund let me get a manager.Manager gets on the phone and says he can give me a discount I told him I was told I would get a refund. He said yes I can givea 20.00 discount and refused to take responsibility for contracting door dash, tried to put it on the driver. I said yes and youare responsible for contracting the driver.. I contacted corporate and they "put in a request" for a refund no response norefund and no "$20 discount".. we will never order or eat there again time to go back to wing stop. Read more
While the food is tasty, we've ordered from them twice and both times our order was WRONG! $60+ dollars in food and they... couldn't get it right either time. Clearly, there is no quality control. Not going to order from them again :( Read more

I stopped in after work to grab some food. I came in a few months ago and was very unhappy, at the time. Now, it looks like the... restaurant has been remodeled. The staff was very friendly and professional, the food was quick to come out, and it was veryclean. The food was really good, as you would expect at a Buffalo Wild Wing.
