I?ve ordered here before and tried the curbside pickup, which really means park and go inside and get your pizza. This time I... went in at 5:30 which is the time I chose to have it ready through their online portal. I was told 5-10 more minutes so I waitedinside, no problem. 15 minutes went by and I asked again and was told 15-20 more minutes. This is a franchise so it?s by nomeans special, and that?s fine, in this case you pay for what you get and $21 will get a large with all the meat so I knew whatI was getting into, but 35 minutes late?! What?s the point of ordering in advance at all?? I can order pizza from pretty muchany joint in town and get one in under 20min. I asked for a refund which they more than happily gave, and then the other guythat was waiting for his late pizza asked for a refund too. I went down the street to Mama Ronis and got one in 15min. UPDATE11/20 Thanks for the quick response from the owner. I'll definitely use that coupon when I see it. I'm 100% on board with hiringyounger workers and supporting local, and I don't think what happened was necessarily the fault of any of those younger workers.Maybe it's a management problem, or maybe the way orders are prioritized etc. I don't know, but I hope you all figure it out.All the best. Called ordered pizza, then was put on hold for 12 minutes. Then when the manager answered she put me on hold for another minute.... After that they passed the phone around and ended up with a girl that didn?t sound like the manager. Read more
This Blackjack is the best and has been for many years? The delivery is always super fast, consistent, and the food is piping... hot and so delicious. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Everything on the menu is excellent- I highly recommendthe Mac N Cheese pizza, the Popper Topper pizza, the Southwest salad (with their incredible house made ranch or spicy ranch),and any of the square pan pies. The pizza was good. Average pricing, even got a discount I didn't know about. Cheese bread came without marinara, which was... disappointing. Cinnabar was especially good, but not cut well. They are currently only doing curbside pickup, which is kindasilly. A bunch of people sitting in their cars, poorly lit parking lot, had to wait about 10 mins past when my food was supposedto be ready. Read more
