Every time I go here they screw something up. Last time I ordered a 2 scoop brownie sundae with hot fudge - it was missing the... hot fudge. This time I went and ordered a 2 scoop brownie sundae with hot fudge, it's missing the brownie. And this isexpensive ice cream, I expect them to at least get the things I ordered in the order. Avoid this place, go to Scrumptiousdowntown and get much better ice cream and way way better service. Read more
Must admit it was way cheaper than the other ice cream place in town. Treat was good, curbed my craving for sweets.
The owners Mark and Lindsey are by far the worst managers I?ve ever witnessed. I will never again support a company that treats... their employees as poorly as they do. Read more
Ordered a 3 scoop with multiple toppings which I paid extra for. Only received two out of the 3 scoops and only received 1... topping. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. Very irritated and of course nothing will be done about it. Read more

Always a great experience at Baskin Robbins. They gave me extra hot fudge on my hot fudge sundae when I asked. We were a party... of 6. Everything was delicious and we were all very happy with our ice cream. We chose to eat outside, since it was so niceout. The inside tables and chairs were perfectly clean though. They had a sign on the door that they do disinfect surfaces sothat's good. Read more
