Very disappointed in the service I got today. Made an order and it was to be done by 5:15pm and it was not done until 5:25pm... and they only gave me half of the food and said it was all there. Then had to wait longer for them to make the other half. Iwould not recommend ordering food ahead of time!!!! Read more
Okay Lobby says its closed when there is clearly people inside eating. I walk up to the window and the 350 lbs neckbeard there... inform me that they dont do walk ups. That I need to be in a car. I asked him how I could do that driving an eighteen wheelerand he just shrugged. Read more
Wasted so much time! We were traveling and wanted a quick meal, waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes after they told us they... would be right with us. Then another 10 minutes to get our food. This Arby's location has some kind of voodoo magic going on. It seems like they know what you want before you order! Between... ordering at the menu and the 2 second drive up to the window, they always have our order bagged, ready and waiting, every time,hot and fresh!
