Before you label everyone with backpack a thief clean your own house of thieves. I've seen the girl at night giving free... drinks, outside next to carwash smoking with shady guys, while customer's inside waiting, coming out of beer cooler with same, so your employee is allowing theft and needs to be called out for stealing. Best service ever. They are amazing. My friend works there at night time. Them charging over price is normal. All gas stations... have done that. I have worked at gas stations in my past. And the pumps not working is normal. At lease you guys don?t have toexperience of the hose coming off. Read more
The pumps don't work properly. Put my card in, got confirmation to start filling up, and the pump never started. I spent 2-3... mins playing around and couldn't get gas. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the pumps here. One time I hadfinished fueling, let go of the trigger, removed it from my vehicle and it spit gas all over the place. Told the attendantinside and they gave me a blank stare. The corner this is located on is a bad intersection as is, so it's easy to avoid goinghere. Read more
A new girl Sarah, had no coffee ready, didn?t apologize, and was extremely brisk. There is a right way and a wrong way to get... things done and she chose the wrong way. Next time she could at least attempt to be friendly with customers. Read more
Something's going on in this place, I just went in to fill up my tank and the place reaked of either meth or spice. I know these... smells first hand, definitely not how to run a business...Just glad they finally managed to hire someone new but don't thinkit's going to last lol. Really rude lady working midday - got mad at me for the credit card machine being broken. Blamed it on my card's chip. Didn't... apologize for the issue, even though she was very unclear in her explanation of why the machine wasn't working. Didn't offer areceip. Also allowed her friend to leave without paying for merchandise. Store has a decent selection and is in a good location.Needs to hire less rude people to work, though. Read more
Not easy to see or get to from Hover. The gas pumps worked for me, and the cotton candy slurpee was ????!!! The cashiers were... less than friendly, and I felt like I was bothering them to pay for my slurpee. The window squeegees have shorter handles thanthe ones at the Conoco down the road, but the rubber is more pliable and requires less force to effectively dry the window.Overall, got the job done. I hope there is more effective training and staffing done here in the future. Read more
Every night I stop here there panhandlers begging at front door and needles on the bathroom floor. The store is filthy with dust... and floor has never been mopped. This store is magnet for junkies. Stop giving them free coffee you are encouraging them. Read more
