Coming every week, noodle is super nice and weekday service is great. Today is the first time I have lunch in weekend, the girl... looks irritable I got bad experience there. No greeting, no bye bye. I have been coming to Fuyu ever since I had a friend move to Sunnyside and I?ve become a regular there. It?s become ?our spot?... and it hasn?t let us down. If you look at my reviews I am a ramen connoisseur, and I have to say I just love this spot. Thisparticular time I snagged the lunch special, which got me Tonkotsu Ramen and Chashu Pork rice bowl for $17. It was prettyfilling and very savory, which I love, especially the pork in the rice bowl. One thing I don?t particularly love is how oily theramen sometimes is but it?s nothing unbearable. I am a BIG fan of the noodle type they use, which is a very big plus for me. Inthe past I?ve had chicken Shio Ramen and Karaage chicken bao, all of which I love. If you ever hop off the 7 train on 46th andBliss, this is the place to go! Also, I am a HUGE fan of the aesthetic and how clean it always smells in there. the ramen had too much fat and lacked flavor, we must also add that the service was lousy but I understand why, it was a single... waitress for a restaurant almost full and apart from that she also had to take the takeout orders, I was expecting more fromthis restaurant based on the reviews I had seen online but was disappointed. my score was for the appetizer, we ordered takoyakiand they were delicious. I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! I eat here almost every day. The food is delicious and the staff is so nice Steve is so... sweet. If your looking for delicious Ramen STOP LOOKING, YOU'VE FOUND IT!!!!! The ribs are amazing as well, definitely fall offthe bone status!!!!
