I'm sorry but the food is only good sometimes ... the customer service sucks, they are rude, not patient, they will hang up... instead of holding & they will try to rush you off the phone. It's just rude & im sad because I used to love dominos :( Read more
I was shocked when opened the box. I can't believe that they could give this to their customer.
This dominos is one of the worst locations I?ve ever ordered from. My order always takes at least an hour to arrive and I live... less than 5 minutes away. The last time I ordered my food came ice cold, had essential ingredients missing and the cheese diphas such little cheese that it hardened to the bottom of the pan they baked it in and I couldn?t even use it as a dip!! I had toSCRAPE it off the bottom! I requested a refund and still haven?t heard anything back from them. Don?t waste your money! Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas for lunch today and said I would be there a specific time for pick-up. Spoke to John who was extremely polite... on the phone when he took my order. When I went to pick up my order it was just out of oven as promised. To my surprise John wasworking alone because the other employees had called out. He was answering the phone,cooking and running the store alone. Hisdelivery driver was out on delivery.He deserves alot of credit for doing a fantastic job !! Thank you John!! Read more
This is the last time I get anything from this store. This pizza was supposed to be extra sauce, extra cheese and extra... sausage. There is no sauce. There is 12 pieces of sausage on it and the amount of cheese is so lacking that the layer of cheeseburnt when the pizza was cooked. This is not pizza. This is a burnt disc of garbage. I tried to call and no one answered thephone. Unfortunately, this is the norm for this Dominos and the customer service is non-existent. We will not be orderingfrom here again.
