My wife and I ordered from here at least once a week and usually don?t have any issues, but tonight we had problems with both of... our orders. Pictures will be added showing issues, but order was redone and brought to us, and we still had issues. I orderedthe cheese sticks with bacon and a lot of them had no bacon. My wife?s pizza was just literally a hot mess. Toppings were allover the top and inside the box. Think before ordering from here. It?s not always bad, but there could be issues from time totime. Hope this helps. Now, it?s a week later and my wife and I just decided to get dinner here and our order was justdelivered. I can't even do a single star... Although papa johns has really good pizza... My orders for the past month have been going to... other addresses and the only thing that they can do to make it right is make my family wait another hour if not longer to remakeit and the sad part is it still shows up without my entire order. Placed my order paid for it online only to be called 10 minutes later and was told it was cancelled that they couldn?t do carry... out only delivery, yes only delivery so they could make more money, then was told that it would take 3 to 5 days for my money togo back in my bank account! I have been ordering from this location for years. I order every weekend when I am home. My order was $100.00 and is usually a... very large order. I placed my order at 6:52 pm. I called at 7:55 and asked for an update. I was told the food was coming out ofthe stove Right then, and they will be delivering momentarily. I called back at 8:31pm and was told the food was then coming outof the oven and they don?t have drivers. So I drive into the store to pick up my order. I arrived to an unwelcoming environment.No one was wearing gloves. The guys that had bears were not wearing hair nets and no hair nets on anyone else. I asked for myfood which did not have the stickers on the boxes that are supposed to come on them. I opened them up in store and said thispizza is not fresh it looks old. I asked if it was sitting there for and hour or more. The older guy with the beard looked at meand said yeah. Then walked off. I brought my food to the car because I was extremely upset. I come back in and asked for thestore managers number. I was told they?re not allowed to give his number out and would need to come back to the store during theday.
