Workers were cursing nonstop and acting crazy while we were trying to dine in with our kiddos. Horrible language and nothing but... complaining from the staff. They did not care at all that there were children and families trying to eat. The floors and aroundthe drink dispenser was FILTHY, no napkins and no straws that didn?t have nasty stained wrappers. So we stopped in to get me a burger fries and a Coke, once I did receive the food it was great but it took forever and they... don't want you to sit on their clock in the driveway so they'll make you move. Well when I'm parked in a designated area so didmy food disappear to this day still don't know what happened to it so they replaced it with new food. Read more

DO NOT GET THEIR SODA OR ICE!! After my ice melted I saw this nasty snot-like stuff in my drink. Looks like they haven't cleaned... their soda/ice machines in a while. Really upset cause we come to this location a lot so who knows how long we've been ingestingthis stuff. Other than that the food is great- never had issues with it. Read more

Trash was full, multidude of flies swarming all thru the dining area. The drink station was not cleaned nor were several tables.... There was no excuse of the lobby not being presentable, when you have front end workers standing around talking and nothing morethan that. My order was not hot even after waiting a bit, when i placed the order before entering the store by mobile app. Alsomy order was not correct and the meat on my quarter pounder was not fully cooked. It just seems like they are not up to par withanything. I rarely eat Mcdonalds and its usually cause they can not do the simple things correctly. I will not be back to thislocation for sure. This McDonald?s is the slowest and the worst mcdonalds ever. I arrived at 1:50pm and then ordered at 1:55pm didn?t get to pay... till around 2:13 then got to the window for my food and they told me to wait. Her I am almost 2:30 still waiting and a younglady walked outside and asked everyone who was also waiting what we ordered. This is ridiculous. I shouldn?t have to wait almost40 minutes for my food. Absolutely the nastiest McDonald's I've been in for quite some time. They are mopping with dirty water so the restaurant smells... horrible. Even with that, the floors are disgusting. The tables and counters haven't been wiped with flies and drink spillageeverywhere. The manager and staff are not in uniform, instead they're in jeans, sweatpants or whatever they want to it seems.They are putting condiments on sandwiches that is sitting inside of open top cups that is open for all sort of contamination.This place needs to be fixed, ASAP. What a nightmare . Fast food is not so fast anymore . 40minutes and still waiting on a breakfast order inside, the manager there... at 9am Sunday 09/04 was horrendously rude , Failed to acknowledge me multiple times or give me my refund for the food I hadwaited for for over an hour . Had a nonchalant attitude about customers and their order . There was visible food dropped allover their bagging area on the floor with no one cleaning it for the time I was there . I?ll be definitely talking to thefranchise owner and McDonald?s corporate as well as the city of Long Beach inspectors regarding this location . Read more

Decided to grab a fast, hot breakfast otw home one morning, which turned out to be not-so-fast or hot... at all. We only ordered... 2 sausage biscuits & 2 hash browns, nothing special or exciting. We were both given cold, stale biscuits that were too hard toeven take a bite out of. We called the store & requested a new order, then picked it up in the drive thru. The replacement(fresh) biscuits were still stale & hard, but this time they warmed the biscuits up in the microwave before serving them to us.We called corporate management & requested a full refund.
