This location has to get it together. I called to place an order and had no problem. I got home and noticed my order was messed... up. I should've checked before however I was hungry and tired. When I tried to call back they won't answer and I got there forthe second time I waited there in line hearing the phone ring and most employees were standing around on their phone. I askedfor the manager to ask why they won't answer the phone she said its been down for 2 weeks but I had literally placed my order 30minutes prior to all this happening. I love the Bleau Cheese dressing for the carrots and celery. That is what keeps me coming back
very disappointed that I can no longer eat at this location. You can no longer pay with cash for your food. I was told to go to... a different location. in my opinion that's just bad customer service. I came specifically to this location because it close tomy home and you turn me away because I have cash. Actual currency to pay for goods and services. Just another example of acompany trying to undermine lower income/people of color who may not have credit or debt cards. Not everyone can just drive to adifferent location. not everyone has the means to pay with a card. Wing stop should and can do better. This was such anembarrassing moment for what cause ? Everyone is so nice here. I guess almost every wing stops employees are super nice but this location def has the nicest... employees by far. Even during the shut down of dining in, having massive amounts of orders, and having to pour eachvanilla/cherry 1/3 dr pepper 2/3 coke light ice for every guest... all the people here have amazing attitudes. I love wings and this place delivered! The problem I find is that sometimes the wingette's skin is still too fatty while the... drummette is dry. Here the wings were nicely crispy and not fatty. The sauce cajun was good, but the lemon sauce reallyimpressed me. Next time I will try different sauces but the fries, I will get them regular and without the cheese and sauces, itwas a bit overwhelming. The staff is very nice Read more
