Excellent service, the place is kept very clean. I ordered a hamburger and ice cream and both were delicious.
Update: they again forgot to take off the cheese . I parked and went in this time to exchange the sandwiches and when I told... the manager in the front , he went absolutely ballistic , asking what it was, why are you handing me a bag, so you expect me toread your mind, and then Yelled at his workers that he didn?t know what I was asking for . Was kind of stunned. All the drivethrough employees and staff are very friendly , so maybe this is a management problem ? Where they just ask them to go as quickas possible . Guy was kinda scary, just stared me dead in the eye, daring me to get upset or something ? They always forget totake off cheese . They never remember ketchup. Ask for anything you want twice. Update: Drive back, spend $10 in gas over $7 in burgers. They remake them? WITH MAYO again. They try to swap the bun and I... point it out to them and finally 15min later I have my almost correct order. Order was skipped twice and then made wrong (extramayo instead of no mayo on multiple burgers) when I called, no answer. Read more
Just had lunch at Wendy?s on Bellflower Blvd. my wife and I had lunch in the car. I went in to use the bathroom. They were... locked. I went to the counter and asked for a key and they said: ?there broke?. I explained That we had just had lunch in ourcar (and pointed to it). She replied: ?there broke?. There were homeless people sitting by the drive through begging for money.So be warned, if you?re hungry and need to use a restroom, don?t go to Wendy?s! Read more
Usually a line at the drive-thru day or night. Service is very good. Order is accurate and fresh. Restaurant is newly renovated... inside and out. Only gripe and no fault of Wendy's, there are always some vagrants loitering near the drive-thru. Read more
I just want to know how you order a ?honey butter chicken biscuit? and receive only a biscuit with honey butter on it? Didn?t... realize it till I got all the way home and now their breakfast is over. Never received my receipt either to know what I was evencharged for. Ridiculous. Read more
The restaurant was very clean and orderly. The staff was pleasant. The order was fulfilled accurately. However, the service was... slower than you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Still a nicely maintained Wendy's, and that's a very good thing. Read more
I work nearby so I frequent this location. Their service is less than satisfactory. They don?t give you a straw with your drink.... They don?t have menu items available if you mobile order and on top of that the chicken sandwich was partly undercooked. Yuck.Go somewhere else. Read more
