Ordered a power bowl, they left off my black beans. Ordered a mexican pizza combo, we received no mexican pizza. Ordered a... crunchy taco, extra meat no lettuce, received a standard crunchy taco. Requested sauce... no sauce in the bag but they did sealmy bag to preserve the integrity of my order. I gave them 2 stars because there was some food in the bag. Read more
This drive thru is usually packed out by 7pm so forget about getting your food on time. They are mostly understaffed. Night... Shift is very friendly. Store is pretty clean. Food quality is about average. Read more
By far the worst customer service and experience ever. They had staff running around playing and running around the parking lot... . The same staff member as I got her name ( Destiny) was cussing LOUD, as she was talking to other staff members about things weall don't need to hear, And they were all causing as well And not caring who's around.its sad especially when there is childrenpresent.We we're trying to enjoy our food but it seemed more like a hang out for The people working there . We went there toenjoy dinner and relax after a long day of work not to go listen to a bunch of young disrespectful kids not doing there job andnot taking it seriously. Worst taco bell ever. They run out of food and don't tell anyone in the long line they have until you get to the window. Their... computers are constantly down so you can't pay with card. Extremely unreliable. I won't waste my time here again, much as itpains me to say because there are no other taco bells in the area open past 1 AM (which is also bs). Been living in the area for 30ish years and this is the only Taco Bell I regularly come to. Now sometimes the area looks a... little dirtier on certain days, but it's fine to get out and order. The inside dining area is always on point. You can tell whenthere are new workers, but I've never had a wrong order regardless of new or seasoned workers. Me and my family did notice weprimarily eat Taco Bell after 9pm and it's never been too crazy packed. We've always been happy coming here and we are creaturesof habit and know for sure crunchy tacos, chalupa, nachos bell grande, soft tacos, five layer burrito, and crunch wrap are allexcellent menu options Read more
