Ordered a power bowl, they left off my black beans. Ordered a mexican pizza combo, we received no mexican pizza. Ordered a... crunchy taco, extra meat no lettuce, received a standard crunchy taco. By far the worst customer service and experience ever. They had staff running around playing and running around the parking lot... . The same staff member as I got her name ( Destiny) was cussing LOUD, as she was talking to other staff members about things weall don't need to hear, And they were all causing as well And not caring who's around.its sad especially when there is childrenpresent.We we're trying to enjoy our food but it seemed more like a hang out for The people working there . We went there toenjoy dinner and relax after a long day of work not to go listen to a bunch of young disrespectful kids not doing there job andnot taking it seriously. Been living in the area for 30ish years and this is the only Taco Bell I regularly come to. Now sometimes the area looks a... little dirtier on certain days, but it's fine to get out and order. The inside dining area is always on point. You can tell whenthere are new workers, but I've never had a wrong order regardless of new or seasoned workers. Me and my family did notice weprimarily eat Taco Bell after 9pm and it's never been too crazy packed.
