Longest wait time by far. Mayra the worker is very hesitant to help, has no manners and takes her sweet time doing anything. Came here and waited 35 minutes to be helped. There was one person working at the sandwich bar and an older/middle aged woman... who was "cleaning" in the back. She seemed to be a shift lead of an evening shift. Leaving the poor guy to be by himself outfront, he seemed new too. The person in front of me asked to be helped after about 20 minutes of waiting, the other woman in theback wasn't even on her break. Terrible experience. I ordered on line and added notes in special order section. None were followed. Clearly they did not read.... Never going back. Calling the location did no good as the lady in charge said no order came through. I explained not only did itcome through, husband picked it up and brought it home. She still insisted I check my app and try to order. At that point, it'sover. You can't reason with this type of person. Read more
