The associate didn?t seem to want to be there. I had a question regarding a sandwich but decided to not ask because I felt like... she would be bothered. Quality of food was ok. Fresh food, healthy choices and breakfast items as well. Had a protein bowl. All the flavor without the carbs. Pretty yummy!
Awesome. My wisdom tooth is coming in so I can't eat much and she was polite and offered me soups instead. I bought chicken... noodles and broccoli and cheddar. I ordered catering sandwiches for my sons birthday. The platter does not look like the picture when I ordered online. They are... not wrapped facing yo in a box. Missing the presentation ???? they are just laying down in a box. Read more

Came here early in the morning to order breakfast. I ask the register lady ( manager with an attitude) if I can use the restroom... and she told me she can not give me the key to the restroom. I really have to go. She finally the transaction with the customerand walk out of the counter. When she was about to open the restroom he then ask me if I am a customer. Mind you there is a signon the restroom door that says " For customer use only". She is white as Donald Trump and I am a brown skin Pilipino. We endedup in a discussion and I cancelled my sandwich. She could have handed me the restroom key and told me to return it immediatelysoon as I opened the restroom. This location is very small and literally see the restroom from the register. Sometimes you can't figure out what is different, but sometimes some places have it going on and sometimes they don't. This... location is definitely NOT in the "have it" category. Seems to take longer for anything (including paying at the cashregister). One example is I always order a chicken breast that isn't toasted, so they put it in the microwave to heat thechicken (sometimes). When this is required, ANY other Subway will continue making the sandwich (you know, do you want mustard,lettuce, pickles?...etc), then put the hot chicken on everything when its done cooking....No...this location - and ONLY thislocation - will halt everything and engage you in conversation to pass the time until the chicken is done in the microwave! Seems to be a training thing too as this is done with like 3 different employees! The last time they did this, the employeestops...and standing in front of the bread he just cut open with nothing on it yet then asks me, "So how is you're day going?" I replied by asking the employee if they could please continue making the sandwich as I was in a hurry. His answer? He tellsme that he has to wait until the Chicken is done heating first....W T F !! So I decided it was worth the 5 minute drive tojust go to a different Subway from now on...I think the drive time cancels out the service delay at this location - but youcan't put a price on the aggravation it eliminates... Horrible service and the staff stars putting away stuff by 7:00P.M. - so that when it is 9:00P.M they can close the Subway... leave fast . Read more
