Walked in and looked at the cookies, they looked stale. A bunch of people talking behind the counter doing nothing as I stood... there contemplating whether they would do something about the gnats flying around the vegetables... I made an order online. When I arrived at scheduled time to pick up my platter, it was not ready. The workers overlooked the... online orders for the day. Did not realize that I was charged when I made the order online, so I paid AGAIN in person. So notonly do the workers not pay attention to detail to cost me double the price and wasted time, but when I called back to report mycomplaint, the worker who answered had horrible customer service, would not share her name nor the managers?. This Subway teamshows no empathy or remorse for the inconvenience they have caused me. Read more

I have been going to Subway #19210-0 on East 5th Street in downtown Long Beach since moving to the state of California and Long... Beach in 2019. I love how welcoming, friendly and overall nice the environment is at this location. Jhoselyn, Jorge and Anahiare such amazing people. There has not been a time that I've went into this location that I wasnt greeted with a smile and greatcustomer service. I'm very proud to call this Subway my neighborhood Subway because of great people like them whose kindness andgenerosity makes the Subway experience over the top amazing. I've had better Subway experiences. This one included two employees who were not happy to be there. Inattentive to their work,... incapable of getting an order right, ungrateful for the business (it was a $24 order). Obviously a super lack of management orat least no desire to hire quality employees. I will be avoiding this Subway in the future. Read more

The people were very nice. Actually i feel bad someone a women with black hair and tall walked in and i said something out loude... there i shouldn't have she was tall and beautiful but my comment came out very wrong and an instant she left...i felt so bad I'mhoping she reads this ...i didn't mean it in a bad way...i apologize...i just hope she reads this!
