The line is extremely long and slow, to top it off the employee?s start your order ask you to hold and completely forget about... your order and have someone else take your order all over again and still manage to get your order wrong! The place is closed for renovations right now. Will not reopen until February 16, 2016. Has been closed since January 1st.... Address 4550 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA. Service is slow and they do not have a lot of merchandise on hand. There is anotherStarbucks just down the road at San Antonio Drive and Atlantic Ave. This one does not work for rewards if you r fulfilling achallenge. Read more

During our daily walk we often go to Carson and Atlantic. Sometimes we stop at the CBTL there. But today we stopped on our... homeward bound direction at the Starbucks at the corner of Atlantic and San Antonio. My partner wanted to use their restroomand get a cup of decaf. I wanted to use one of my expiring Starbucks rewards on a larger hot latte. But, when we saw the papersign that said the bathroom was ?For Starbuck?s Partners Only,? Tony asked the Barrista if that meant he could NOT use therestroom. The employee told Tony that he could NOT use the restroom as it was closed to customers. It?s funny that I had justjoked to Tony before arriving, that there was very little chance of him being able to use the restroom there, becausehistorically there was a 90% chance it would be occupied by homeless people using the restroom as their own private shower andsink laundry facility. Oh well, such is the bizarre climate of the country we live in now. We hurried along on our walk to usethe public restroom in the park a few blocks east without purchasing anything from Starbucks and of course the park?s publictoilet was grungy and poorly maintained but at least it was available for use. It will probably be a while before we want torevisit this Starbucks establishment. Read more
