Very disappointing customer service, after getting my drink order wrong multiple times from online orders I came in and ordered... in person. They poured my nitro before the other drinks in my order, so the drink went flat which explains why I always get mydrink flat only at this store. When I brought it up the dude was unnecessary rude, over and over. So I complained, the storemanager responded by telling me that I was the one to let the nitro go flat... Apparently I like to pay more than a cold brewfor a nitrogen drink to let it go flat and drink a cold brew... ???? Read more
I had such a wonderful experience today. Although this location has always been great, it was Michael's customer service that... made me want to leave a review today. He greeted me and offered his help as I tried to decide on what tumbler/mug to choose. Heasked if I was buying a gift for someone and although I told him that the purchase was for me, he went ahead and wrapped it allup. It may be standard practice to wrap up merchandise, but he made me feel like I was getting a gift rather than purchasingmerchandise. It truly made me smile. Thanks Michael!
