Even though they don't sell the Almond Croissants I really like, this Starbucks is my all time favorite. Most of the staff are... wonderful and kind and know what Customer Service means. This place is hit or miss. Usually okay. Long wait but they deliver the over priced, low quailty coffee you order. So why... complain? That was until today. (Long dramatic rant incoming). Only twice in my life have I asked for a starbucks drink to beremade. Only ask if something clearly taste wrong. Like a main component is missing. I order the brown sugar oat milk shakenespresso at least once a week. This time, I walked away from the counter to go ask a store employee a question. I was probablygone for 3 mins. When I came back to my drink on the counter. It had already seperated which it shouldn't do so quickly. If youjust freshly shook the espresso and milk together. There is no way it would seperate that fast. There was barely any oat milk itlook like an iced coffee.You could tell there was also no brown sugar syrup or cinnamon powder. I kindly asked for it to beremade while apologizing for the inconvenience and the barista blamed me for letting my drink sit. He remade it and itautomatically started separating. But thats my fault right. Then he sarcastic said "byeee" as I walked away with my newly andagain improperly remade drink. Next time just give me what I paid for or charge me for an iced coffee instead. But hey thereare bigger problems than a sub par cup of coffee. I guess the moral of this story is try not to be a jerk and maybe the worldwont suck so much. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Only one person attending... all tables are dirty, no napkins, floor is a mess,... smells bad.. I don?t think this is the image Starbucks wants to give to its customers. Read more
