Coffee was hot. The restroom was the worst I have ever seen of any Starbucks. YUCK! The three staff members was friendly but... overworked with the constant crowd. They need to add at least three more workers on the afternoon shift. Read more
This location tends to be very busy on the weekends but slow. The barista's are nice and the store is always kept clean. I just... think they get a tad bit overwhelmed with orders so it takes a while and in the confusion your order can go missing. Read more
Packed when we were there but they are fast to take your order and get drinks out. Heads up, if you've been walking around the... outlets and surrounding area for a while and need some water, they only have tall cups for water, can't do venti. Read more
Always a very quick in and out getting pickups, the orders are almost already ready to be picked up within the time of ordering... and picking up from only a few blocks away. They also keep the shop well kempt and the patio area has ample space for shadedoutdoor seating. Read more

I like to go to this store in the morning when most people just get their coffee and leave. No other stores in the mall are... open at those hours, and it feels extremely calm. Things do get crazy here though when there's a big convention going on acrossthe street. I like their idea of limiting one door for entry, and customers generally sense they should use the other for exit;this setting makes the traffic flow nicely. Now they put a few more tables outside, and I think I'll start going to this storeeven earlier to enjoy the serenity and the crispy air. Read more
You CANNOT get a nicer group of Starbucks partners. I go to Starbucks across the U.S. but this store would happen to be the BEST... in relation to customer service and friendliness.
