Considering the low reviews over the last 10 months, how does this place stay in business?! Tried to eat @ the LBX location... Saturday eve (6:45pm) & was told there was an hour & 15 min wait, even though 3-4 tables were open and no one else was standingaround waiting to be seated!! Crazy Bad Business!! We wound up at a delicious kabob place around the corner. An hour later, aswe passed by Silverlake Ramen, 2 tables were still open with no one standing around waiting to be seated. *We were actuallypleased to have found the kabob place (which seated us right away even though they were extremely busy)*. Don't bother tryingthis place because there are so many other good options @ LBX! Read more

Best Ramen in Long Beach. Great service, speedy, can?t say enough good things. Delivery on the other hand is always a fumble.... Missing or extra ingredients. Adding delivery service on top (none of them can find my address) and it becomes such a headache.Fair warning. Done in! Read more

My wife and I were in Japan in 2019 and the ramen there is simply indescribable. We have since tried numerous ramen places and... all have disappointed severely except for this. This is the best ramen we?ve tried in the States to this point (and we?re stillon the prowl for even better if one exists). We both ordered The Blaze Ramen w/ pork and it was delicious. Much better than wewere anticipating. On top of that, we shared the Crispy Chicken Karaage which was fantastic and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, which while not the best we?ve had (hey, it?s not strictly a sushi restaurant) was still VERY good. We?re happy to have tried itand if we are in the area again, we?ll be sure to stop by a second time. Read more

Skip this branch, they skimp out on toppings. Gave them 3 chances. 1st and 2nd time missing chashu, 3rd time missing the broth.... Last time... A chashu piece as small as the egg?!? This must be the F team of Silverlake... Cerritos branch is 10x better!!!! Read more

The food is good. The staff is very nice and friendly. Best churros I?ve ever had. Only thing that I didn?t like was the bugs... flying around my food and face. Read more

A welcomed bowl of hearty and flavorful ramen hot the spot at a time when we were feeling a little worn out from a long day at... the office. Attentive servers provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner whenever we were running low, be itwater, sake, napkins, or energy! Read more

It was a first time for both my daughter and myself. She's a Cali girl but lives is Raleigh, NC...graduate of Duke. She broke... her leg while visiting and I wanted to go somewhere special and comfortable enough for her casted leg. Real simple to order. Youwalk up to the kiosk and press screens with choices of meals and can add extras, condiments, utensils, drinks, decide if you areeating in or to go and pay. I saw a lot of door dash/grub hub people picking up bags to deliver. Popular place. If you lovenoodles you'll love this place. Add some hot chili too Read more

This ramen place is very good. Reasonably priced, not too expensive. I thought both ramens were salted perfectly, but could be... too salty for some. The broth is incredible though. And the spice to add is also very good. As someone else mentioned, the porkis too thick and is a little hard to eat it that thick. Nevertheless, the pork tasted amazing. If you like a nice traditionalramen, definitely try this place! Read more
