1st time at this Ramen place at Long Beach. Tried the Garnet soup (Miso flavored) ramen with grilled pork, bamboo shoots, egg... and noodles. The Takoyaki (battered octopus) and seaweed salad. My nephews ordered the kid's meal Amber soup (Soy +Umami flavor)with chicken & corn. To go, we got pork buns and shrimp siumai. They are delicious. ???? Read more

I don't normally like ramen restaurants because I've gone to a few before and I would rather have top ramen at home. My bestie... suggested this place because she needs gluten free and I need vegan options. This restaurant is a cut above the rest. The foodalmost made me cry it was so good. Not worth it? it?s not the best ramen place. Their style of is eggs is cold and hard boil. The pork chashu was weak in flavor... and the meat was too thin and dry?. But the broth is really good for being vegan, good soup! ???????? Read more
Surprisingly tasty for vegetarian broth. You definitely won't taste the pork bone stock traditionally used for ramen broth, but... they do a pretty good job replacing it. However the young staff need to be better trained when cleaning up the used bowls - inan attempt to stack dishes & clean up, they pour the remaining contents from one bowl to another and in the process they splashand spill leftovers onto the customers. Every single dish was so yum! We ordered the vegan buns, Brussel sprouts, vegan rolls and vegan miso ramen. The food quantity... was good too. The service was too quick, we got our food within 3-5 mins of our ordering despite of their busy dinner hours! Thestaff were nice, attentive and courteous. My husband remarked that the food was impeccable. The prices were reasonable too. Thisis a place worth visiting again and again. Read more
