My review is pretty consistent with the other reviews. We went one night and waited about 25 minutes for our food. The service... was incredibly slow? like I?ve been to many a Popeyes and never had to wait this long for food. It?s pretty surprising as itlooks like a lot of the food is just sitting out behind the counter and ready to go? which is pretty questionable in its self???? I don?t understand what the problem is tbh. Maybe someone from corporate needs to show up and show them how it?s done???????????? In the meantime, I won?t be in a hurry to get back there. Read more
By far this is the worse Popeyes I've ever been to. The food quality was not good. The food tasted as if it had been sitting... out. The fries were stale and cold. The chicken and biscuit were cold and dry. The spicy chicken sandwich was cold, and theyforgot to add the spicy sauce. The mac and cheese was not even half way full. The order was not correct. I paid extra for whitemeat only and was given dark meat. I tried to call the restaurant as directly the same day and could not get through to anyonelive. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I called the following day and call was forwarded to the answering service. Theyadvised me to call back a little later. I have now tried to call a total of three times with no success. Today I tried to reachout via the customer service support online. I was prompted to complete a contact me form. The automated system stated myaddress was not valid. I entered my work address in which it told me was invalid as well. I was not able to submit my requestbecause I could not get past that screen. Very slow one cashier. I am from NYC and Popeyes there is number 1 to me . In long Beach they are not good chicken well done ... biscuits hard as he'll no butter on the top of the biscuit ???? Terrible. Overcooked hard biscuits, chicken comes in very small pieces. The mashed potatoes had raw food (chicken) in it, had to... toss it. They didn't send all the dips and the Mac n Cheese side was less than half full. Every aspect of my order had aproblem. No quality check. It might be different if you're standing there watching them but we are at work and had it delivered. Read more

This is now the second Popeyes located in East Long Beach. The other, of course, on LB Blvd & 10th. It's a great location. The... interior is nice and cozy. Plenty of booths and tables to dine in. Other than that, it's what you expect from Popeyes. Theservice is always quick and the fried chicken is quality. FYI, The parking lot is very awkward and small. But, you can usuallyfind street parking on 3rd street, next to the restaurant. Read more
Blacked chicken strips + Mardi Gras mustard = flavour explosion. Probably less unhealthy sense its not breaded and fried.... They're hot tho so don't burn your mouth Read more
