I'm no poke connoisseur, and do not eat it regularly. The food was really good, most of the workers were nice. I always went... early so I never seen it packed. 2 of the 3 times I went there they opened after posted times and the 2nd time it was almost 20minutes after. Read more
The food is great and I would go back except that some people who work there lack customer support. Tried to place an order via... door dash but struggled because I was being charged extra for items that I don?t want. (This doesn?t happen when you place anorder in person). Tried to resolve this and get help via phone but the person who answered said that it?s an HR problem and thatshe couldn?t help. Tried to see about just placing an order for pick and for someone reason she said that it?s impossible toplace an order for pick up. Not sure why this was such a challenge when many other places do take orders for pick up. Anyway,this person then proceeded to hang up on me. Not happy with the lack of customer service form this person. Like, why would shejust hang up? When I tried to call, it just kept going to voicemail. I was a loyal customer up until today. I liked the way the food tasted. It was wet as #%@$ and it slid down my throat after very mild chewing. I feel like I?m a king... who has had his meal pre-chewed when I eat at poke bar and I mean that as a relatively good thing. Food was pretty good, but the service.. not so much. I didn?t feel welcomed. My questions were answered very short with a touch... of bad attitude. I felt uncomfortable interacting with the girl who was helping me out. I don?t think I?ll come back again. Butthe food is quite good, so it deserves 4 stars! Read more

Never had a Poke Bowl subway style. So many options and ended up having a fantastic poke bowl. Spicy tuna yum.
I was was tired, frustrated, and hungry after a exhausting day. I decided to grab some grub and parked at the Best Western... parking lot because they share it with Poke Bar. I opened the door of the place and sounds of Wu-Tang Clan pleased my ear andripped me out of the low mood I was previously in. The line to eat was long but well worth it. Your Poke is built here, similarto Chipotle so you can customize things how you like. It's not the cheapest meal but worth it because of the size and verity ofingredients. People were friendly and my tummy was very happy with the end result. I'm so happy places like this are appearingin the downtown area. Read more
