Let me start by saying, we USED to order Papa John?s at least once a week. Key word being USED TO. I made an online order at... 12:00 pm and was told the pizza would be delivered at 12:34-12:44. At 12:30 I once again checked the online ?tracker? only tofind my order marked as delivered. So I gave it 5 minute and waited. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who reassuredme it would be there ASAP. I have 4 kids who were watching the clock like hawks with hopes of pizza on their hungry littleminds. I gave it another 10 minutes and called back and spoke with the same gentleman (and I use that term loosely). He claimedthey were extremely busy and that I shouldn?t worry as my pizza was on the way. I asked him why was it marked as delivered if itwasn?t in fact delivered and I was not given an answer. So I asked for a refund to which I was told that the driver would becalled and told not to deliver the pizza. Again, I asked how could a pizza be delivered that has already been marked asdelivered? Jose, it turns out, is the ?manager on duty? and wasn?t able to verify that my refund was in fact issued and alsowouldn?t give me his full name or employee number. As I began typing this, the delivery driver that was told not to deliver mypizza shows up not once, but twice with pizza that has been marked as delivered, but stopped by the ?manager on duty.? If mystore was busy I sure wouldn?t be wasting my drivers time on a pizza I told him not to deliver twice. Read more

I've gotten pizza from this location multiple times. Both delivery and pickup. More than once I've gotten pizza that was cooked... decently on the crust but very doughy in the middle, like it was raw still, though the cheese was well melted and it was warm.The ingredients have always seemed fresh and the service is friendly. They dont ever have parm and pepper with them, make sureto request it when ordering, though it's still more often than not that they'll not bring it. Read more
Initially a very bad experience, ordered an XL 2 topping special online for pickup. When I got it home, NO toppings. I called... and got a bunch of attitude. Avoid this Papa John's. I ordered a pizza at around 9:00 pm. I ordered and was told it would take an hour to get to me. A little... long but fine. At the end of the ordering process, the employee hung up without saying anything, so I assumed it was fine. Onehour and fifteen minutes later and I don't have my pizza yet. I called and said I called an hour ago and it's late, but theyassured me my pizza was on route. Fifteen minutes after that, I still had no pizza. I called again only for him to this timefeel the need to check the system and tell me I had not ordered a pizza! I was understandably furious at this point, and when Irequested they bring me the pizza as fast as they could, I would told it would be yet another hour! Horrible customer service. We ordered for pick up, and had to wait an hour AT THE STORE after the pick up time on a Wednesday... night. Once we got the pizza it was ice cold, so obviously I called to try and get a resolution. They demanded we drive back andreturn the ice cold pizza otherwise they wouldn?t do anything. Read more
