I asked wipes, i am super germ free person you can meet in your life. I wipechair and everywhere i may touch. She refused to give me a wipe. She wanted to wipe for me and keep the wipes, i guess. youcan't clean anywhere like i do. not happy. and after that when i was at the kiosk, why i use it? Because they ALWAYS screwed upmy orders. Put chicken in a vegetarian salad, burned out bagels, never give me what i ordered etc... The "you can't have wipeswoman" came and stand next me to check if I'm stealing free drink?? I am sip club member. Who you need to check were HOMELESSpeople who are sitting dinner tables for EVER> And i see old guys bring their dirty cup over and over. Our order was forgotten and instead of owning up to it, they put it off on we had online orders before yours. The person in... line before us got their food, finished and left before we received ours. Worse Panera I've been to and makes me rethinkvisiting any Panera in the future. Read more

Friendly and attentive employees. They seem to clean often and refill/change the drink stations regularly. If there's an issue... with your order they will fix it quickly. Read more
Ridiculous! Ordered my take out & still not ready after over 1hr. Not the first time having problems at this location. I subscribed to the MyPanera+ Coffee and ordered my first Hot Tea here. I didn't expect that I can have many choices. The Peach... with Ginger tea is so tasty. Their Vanilla Cinnamon Roll is incredibly good! The strong Cinnamon with rich flavor and the softfresh bread made me think about it again and again all day! The employees were friendly and came to say hello to me. The orderwas very quick. This is an amazing store! Read more
@panerabread Seriously? Your teams need to be taught 4th grade measurements again. These were supposed to be 24 Oz. Doubtful... there?s even 16? Do we have to go thru each item ordered to make sure you?re not ripping us off? This is too consistent to be acoincidence. After combining both cups, it looks like about 26 ounces total. Read more
