Bad experience. Not once. But three times! First time - burnt fried rice. Disgusting. Right into the trash. Second time -... paltry portions. It was like they were being ultra cheap...we were disappointed. This isn't cheap food!! Why skimp when it's 27$for two people? Third time, incorrect order, wrong side given. And on top of that an allergy danger. If I would have eaten whatthey gave me I would have been sickened. After 3 messages to their corporate email, even their corporate office simply gave upcommunication, and to this day have received no final reply. All they did was send a form letter response and a credit for onemeal. Keep your paltry gift ESPECIALLY if you're ignoring the real issue at hand. We will never order from this storeagain How poorly managed and trained your staff is. What a black eye this location is. And to top it all off, the corporateresponse, as described, was absolutely jaded and unacceptable. never, ever again. Pretty much everything that could be messedup will be. We gave them 3 chances. There is no option to leave a 0 start review. I order online for Uber delivery and they gave me the wrong food. I called to ask... to fix it or get my money back and they deny. Worker was very rude and disrespectful. And the plate I order was a mess&uncooked. Workers are horrible. DO NOT GO HERE Read more

I know this place for more than 10 years!! And honestly they're great ????!! The manager and Lanny are adorable ???? ??! Good... portions,affordable prices ???? highly recommended ???? ????. Food was good but had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be served. They had more people standing waiting to serve than doing... the cooking. They need more help with the cooking! Read more
This was my first time going to this panda express by the Pavilions in Long Beach because I was in the area and boy let me tell... you the staff was super nice. Customer service was on point and the food was hot and fresh. Panda is a little expensive but it'smy daughter's fav so I can't complain. I would recommend. Read more
Nothing special here.. its a super small place with just 3 small tables and a really long line..waited 32minutes in line.
