I order on the self check out a employees in her 20s or 30 stand and stare at me up and down. Then when my order was ready she... didn't ask if I wanted ketup. She just glare at me while I grab my food. Poor customer service. I never been in this placebefore . I came into this one because I thought it better customer service then the one on PCH. I forgot the reason why I stopped going to this location until I went today every time you go to this one through the... drive-through they make you get out of line to go park there you will wait at least 20 minutes that?s how long I waited todaywhile I saw five other people get their order and drive away and they ordered probably the same amount that I did only onecustomer they had sent to park next to me and Ole Girl came right out with my food and his food as soon as he parks they hand memy food my sons happy meal is cold nothing is fresh I don?t even know what the wait was for Read more
Maybe it was just Halloween night, but they were short staffed and kiosk machines didn't take credit card so we had to pay in... the front cashier anyways. It was a waste of time at the kiosk. Read more
Customer service is horrible here at night. Make you wait in a long line only to be told they don't accept cards or bills over... 20. My order was going to be over 20 all I had was a 50 and she said I'm sorry I can't accept. So I had to wait for all the carsin front of me to get their food so I can finally leave.
