I'm pretty sure many have pointed this out, but this location has a huge staffing problem, as in they're always short on staff... and there's never enough people to handle a proper workflow. This isn't the workers' fault, this is an upper management issue,and hopefully corporate can read some these reviews and make adjustments. I have sympathy for the staff because they can onlywork with what they're given, if you have one person doing the job that three people are supposed to do, then the results aregoing to be obvious. Another issue related to short staffing is the fact that they take online and app orders when they'reclearly not equipped to deal with the volume. Someone who comes in for a coffee has to wait 15 minutes before the staff is donecatching up to orders from Ubereats and the McD's app, it's ridiculous. For this reason the kiosks inside the location are neveroperational, they know they can't handle the too many orders coming from too many sources. This is one instance in which theimplementation of technology is actually detrimental to the workflow and operations as a whole. Lastly, the location is justgarbage, it's on one corner of a very busy intersection right off the freeway, where the 710 and the 91 meet, so you know howthat goes. The drive through needs to be redesigned, the line usually goes to the street and it blocks a section of the parkinglot, as well as the path to go from one side the parking lot to the other. Overall, this location needs a lot of work. Morestaff needs to be hired, a proper management team and planning, and a complete overhaul of the strategic layout, as well asconsidering limiting the amount of orders that come in from outside sources. While waiting in line there was only 1 car in front of me. When they pulled forward I faintly heard a voice but could not... discern what was said so I placed my order which was only an iced coffee. All of a sudden a loud scornful "can you wait aminute" came through the microphone so I waited...and waited then when nobody came back to take my order I pulled up to thedrive thru window. There a young lady asked me if my order was the fries of which I said no and asked to speak with themanager. I asked why nobody was available to take my order and saw a group of workers in the background standing around. Theycalled whom I thought was the lead but she wore the same kind of shirt as the other workers and managers wear different tops. This person seemed upset that I was asking what was going on with her drive thru because once I asked her she was defensive andshort with me. Managers are there to ensure a positive customer experience and their store operates smoothly. What I was metwith was attitude. At that point I wasn't having anymore of their nonsense or attitude so I requested the phone number to theircorporate office. The young lady grudgingly walked away and while she walked away a thin African-American young lady kindlyasked me if she could take my order. She was the sweetest and had no attitude...she was trying to make right what was wrong andI sincerely appreciated her effort but I kindly told her no that this store lost my business because of management's attitude. Eventually the supposed manager/lead came back and handed me a piece of paper with a woman's name, no store number and nocorporate phone number! WhenI asked her for the store number she started barking out to me so I handed the piece of paper backto her and asked her to write it down. She grudgingly did and handed it back to me and saw that other employees standing aroundher seemed to be laughing at the situation...like I was the butt of their joke! When I thought McDonald's service couldn't get any worse, this location went and proved me wrong. Inattentive workers, only... receiving part of your order initially, basically everything you could think of as it relates to horrible service can be foundat this gem of a McDonald's! Read more

The service was very poor and slow. Their drive throw was backed up and people were honking and growing impatient while waiting... for their order. As we were in line on the inside we found that they were severely under staff and the staff that was there. Was mostly just trying to leave and go home. This was creating a big problem with customer service and slowing down the orderprocess and making customers angry ????. This Mc Donald's has a very bad reputation for being keep customer service in a goodand positive manner. Don't go here unless you have to. Read more

I don't usually write bad reviews. But tonight was really bad at McDonald's. The line was super slow ???? then when I got to... order they only said anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? Like cmon cmon. I asked if I could get a fish sandwich.Anything else? Then I noticed he listed 2 sandwiches. After I asked he said, Anything else? So then when I got the drinks bothwere the same even though I asked for 2 different drinks. But I guess that was easier. And finally the food... I got the fishsandwich and it was so badly burned and over cooked I could not eat it. It was like burned rubber. See the pics. So I drove tojack in the box and re ordered a dinner meal. My friends I texted pictures told me not to go to this McDonald's probably becauseit's so close the freeway they don't care. Lesson learned. Read more
