The best attention I have received in this establishment thank you very much they deserve their 5 stars
Asked for a burger with no pickles, and they gave me pickles with a side of bun. then when i told them i wanted NO PICKLES they... gave me MORE PICKLES. then i asked if they were playing a joke on me, and they said it was "miscommunication" and they said theywould fix it. next thing i knew they gave me a bag filled to the top with pickles and a bag with the biggest pickle jar ive everseen. then i asked for the manager and they said they would get him. the manager never came out and instead the guy said hewould get me a burger with no pickles and a free ice cream cone. then he went into the back and talked to the manager about myice cream cone while the manager was eating a ice cream cone in plain sight. then the guy came back to me and said the machinewas broken right as i saw the manager eating a cone straight out of it. after that i said forget it and i went to Chick-Fil-A Read more
My experience at this location wasn't good. Ordering went as expected but when my order was ready instead of bringing it to my... table since I ordered for dine in and was given a number to place on the table to be identified by the server the employee keptcalling my order # over and over until I went and picked it up. Then he'd placed my order in a bag instead of on a tray and Ihad to ask for one. My food was cold and fries were stale. When seated I was appalled at people in there with dogs that weren'tservice animals feeding them and the homeless partially dressed sleeping in the dinning room. The line of cars went out into street. Waited about 15 minutes. Food quality was still good.
Will NEVER go to this location EVER again!!!!!!!!!! Had a special order, repeated it more than once to person taking my order, &... when I finally got it, the emp who brought it out didn't even wait til I chkd it & jst walked away - & my WHOLE order wasINCORRECT. The whole, entire, order!! Drove back thru the drive thru & had to wait longer jst to get condiments & napkins -which were BOTH requested but missing frm the order. Eating it was an even WORSE experience! The buns on the burger were VERYhard & the same for the chkn sandwich - that actually had an odd flavor to it. Food was good just messed up the order as I had requested bacon and lettuce on the burgers paid 5 bucks for it but made it home... to no bacon. I will ask today if I can get some free of charge. Went in and Brian helped me he gave me the burgers correct thistime and threw in some fries. Made my day awesome to see this kindness in mcdonalds employees. Read more
Only go here when my funds are low and my coins don't jingle. Food is just not the same. I can never get hot fries unless I... ask. I don't eat the burgers anymore because they are dry. If you order doordash you are getting it cold. And it is just up thestreet Read more
