A customer ask for a refill for soda and the girl at... the cashier responded with a bad attitude can you ask them because I don't do refills then what is her job standing trashtalking about people then smile in the customer face is not okay. She can pay help with all part of jobs. She doesn't greetcustomers why she don't find something to do. The ink need to be changed, hard to see the number. I'm a relatively busy person, and I often rely on buses to get around. I used the Rewards app to place an order at 5AM (Opening... hours), but didn't realize that the (Dine-in) hours began at 6AM. Wasted a good bit of money, as I had to rush to my jobshortly afterward. Same issues with their evening hours, closing at 9:45PM, 15 minutes before their 'actual' Dine-in timeclose. Horrible. The short managers, need more training , on working skills, temperament styles & learn less excessive talking, because... lines are really Long there...no People skills, timing skills etc. Wasted 20 mins of my life here. Never again. Read more
The food is always good, I usually come to this McDonald's during the day on my lunch breaks. But the service was not so good... this evening. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. Othercostumers said it's always like that in the evenings. I'll go through drive through if I ever go back in the evening. Eveningmanagement needs to do better. Read more
Cashier messed up my order, crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries were not crispy as well, it tasted like it was left there for... an hour. Oh, the McDoubles only had one patty in them LOL! What?s the double in that burger then? Today was not a great day inmy opinion. Make sure to double check your RECEIPT! Please do a better job next time, but the manager was kind though! I got here 5 minutes before 10pm and the dining room doors were locked. I shouldn?t have to wait in a drive thru line for an... Uber eats pick up, before closing hours that are displayed. Closing early is false information advertised. Read more
