Another meal in LB, with my brother and sister-in-law. They took me to Knolls. We shared the calimari and boom boom shrimp (my... favorite of the night) . I tried the short ribs, my brother the pork chop and SIL had one of the salads with salmon. None of ushad room for dessert! I also tried the blackberry sangria. While the short ribs were tender, they really didn't have muchflavor and according to my brother the pork chop was okay, but nothing special. I like the vibe of the place and there wereother things on the menu I'd like to try so I'd go back. Read more

Had dinner with friends last night at Knolls. The menu and appetizers were good. The service was rather slow and at times... wondered if waitress had forgotten us. The beer was WARM too warm Read more

I?ve been coming here since it was known as Weilands. I would say the quality of the food and drinks are still as good as I... remember. Went in for brunch with babe, we shared a veggie omelette, fried calamari which was very good and a guava mimosa.Food was delicious, service was great. No complaints. Read more

My brother and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday. Parking on the street is limited, but there is free parking behind the... restaurant. The atmosphere inside is dark and modern with a mix of tables and booths and a well stocked bar with plenty of topshelf liquors and even more craft beers. I'll have to explore these options on a subsequent visit. Now the food. The menu isvery heavy on burgers, sandwiches and salads. The entrees consist of all good choices; pastas, seafood, pork, beef and chickendishes. Enough choices to please just about everyone. On this visit I tried the Slow Roasted Pork and Ham Cuban sandwich and itwas delish! The roasted pork was tender and flavorful, the ham slices were browned and covered in melted Swiss cheese, allserved with a good bold mustard and crunchy pickles on a Brioche bun. For my side I chose garlic fries and they were equallyspectacular; unlike other places soggy fries that are just coated in garlic flavored oil, these were seasoned, battered, crispyand sprinkled with minced garlic and not greasy at all. In a word, divine, but the show stopper was the desert. Sorry that Ididn't snap a pic of the chocolate cake. It was tall, dark and spectacularly delicious. If this cake was any more chocolatey itwould have been a solid slice of chocolate! Its many layers were moist and perfectly sweet without being too sweet. I would comeback for the chocolate cake alone, but the food is also worthy of a return trip and rest assured I will be back. Read more

We stumbled across this place due to the reviews and stumbled back out due to the drinks. We had a great time, especially given... that they have all at happy hours on Mondays. Food was great! We had the NY Strip and Lobster Mac N' Cheese, which were bothgood. I thought the meet was a lightly overcooked and the Mac N' Cheese utilized penne which wasn't my favorite kind of pasta. The Moscow Mile and the Pineapple Margarita were exquisite. What really set this place apart was the dog patio with heaters.Great staff too! Thank you for a lovely evening. Read more
