Like the mini sandwiches. Just my size when you don't want to eat to much but yet be satisfied.

I was calling the store at 8:45pm on Friday 9/2/2022 to put a phone order in and they were just answering and hanging up on me.... So I arrive at 8:52pm and as me and my husband are walking to the door the blonde manager or supervisor girl walks up to thedoor and locked it. Then she turns her back to us as we're knocking to tell her like there's a few minutes left and she justignores us as the other young lady co worker was just looking at us not knowing what to do. To my knowledge the hours say from10am to 9pm, I didn't know it was till 8:50pm or when they decided they no longer want to take customers. Unbelievable anddisrespectful. Read more

Order was not recieved at the store. They said it went to another store about 4 miles away. I was at lunch from work so this... issue made me late back to work. I only have 30 mins. I had to wait for other customers that were in line and a couple thatcame in after. Plus they got my order wrong. Read more

Horrible experience I goto mike?s often but this store cut the meat extra thin and skimped on the lettuce and tomatoes. Sandwich... was mostly bread. When asked for refund employee was rude. Read more

Update 4/11/21 Ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app. Asked for extra pickles on both but I guess they don't read the customize... field on the order? Also found a huge less than fresh chunk of lettuce when I got home and opened my order. Next time I'll tryanother location. 5:30 on a Friday night and they are out of sauce for a meatball sandwich. Can't they properly prepare for thedinner rush? FAIL. Update: Sent e-mail as requested to the e-mail address as instructed on 1/8/2020. No reply as of1/15/20. You can count on the fact that the food is always good here but the purpose of this review is regarding the employees and... service at this establishment. While waiting in line, I observed how the employees behind the counter spent time addressing eachcustomer. On one occasion, it looked like there may have been a mistake on making an additional sandwich for a customer but theywere able to handle the error professionally and ensured the patrons that the error was on their end. I appreciated that everyservice with a customer today came with a smile and it made the people who came into their store appreciated and acknowledged. Igreatly appreciate the positive attitude and engagement with the customers.The workers at this establishment should be praisedfor their work ethic and professionalism. I hope that others have the opportunity to experience the same thing I did today. Read more
