While I know Jamba is a chain business, I am from a small town in central Oregon where chain businesses still have a sense of... that local hometown feel. I used to love going to Jamba with my mom and siblings, it was always a treat growing up, a treat Ilike to get myself as an adult while running errands or on my way home from work. However, this Jamba, and honestly every JambaI've been to in southern California, has been a major disappointment. To a point where I feel that it has gone downhill. Iusually get the plant based drinks because I have a dairy allergy, though I feel that the employees do not take this seriously,the last Jamba I had I was violently ill (what usually happens after having dairy) and ended up having to throw most of my veryexpensive drink away. As well, the plant based drinks have a stringy inedible substance in them that are incredibly annoying,and I often find that my drink is never blended enough. Lastly, whenever I go into the location itself (which is usually thislocation) there is never a sense of urgency and there is always at least two employees not doing anything at all, even thoughthere is usually a long line of people waiting for their drinks. I'm also often ignored when I come in and have to actually getthe attention of an employee in order to ask about my online order. Read more
This Jamba Juice location has gone down hill. Waited roughly 15 mins for some to take my order. There is literally two... associates here that are making an effort to take orders and make drinks. The rest of the staff are just walking around. Bri andanother gentleman that I didn?t make out his name were the only ones trying to keep the boat afloat. Girl was yelling at thestaff to help the customers since no one else was. Looked like Jamba Juice was vacant. Hope it gets better. Read more
