The young guy that works night is a total sweet heart n has always made sure my orders are right
Pedro the cashier was very rude with handling my order. I requested fresh food when ordering, and after receiving my food the... fries were lukewarm. I politely asked him can I get fresh fries and he proceeds to tell me that they are fresh, (I felt them,they weren?t) , then he goes on to say there?s nothing we can do about it. Excuse you, I paid for my food I have a right toreceive fresh food. He turned around and started talking in Spanish to the supervisor thinking I couldn?t understand him. Pedroalso proceeded to ignore me when I asked for his name. Pedro is a horrible representation for y?all establishment! Apparently EBT is not welcomed at this location. Tried to buy something with my EBT card and didn't work. Tried several times,... ended up going to a different Jack in Box down the street on Atlantic Ave. To my surprise my card it did work at this location. Read more
Night shift older Hispanic lady is an excellent employee. She was nonstop on the drive thru taking orders, making orders and... presenting a welcoming, pleasant customer service. Food was good. Curly fries were bomb! Read more
This location is horrible. The bathroom had little to no toilet paper, there was urine on the floor everywhere, toilet seat... covers were on the floor also. There were no napkins to dry your hands/the napkin dispenser was not working. There was no soapin the restroom so no one has been washing their hands. The soda machine was out of service, homie. Just bad. Horrible customer service, the guy taking our order could barely speak English and walked away from me several times... while I was ordering. I used to work at a restaurant, and if I did what I saw that guy doing, I would've been fired. And thefood was not good. I got the chicken nuggets, and just come on. Worst chicken nuggets ever. we went to jack in box yesterday and not just where they slow they where disrespectful the minute we got there we asked for... extra sauce and gave us a BAG full of it we asked for abit of lettuce and got a whole BAG of it as well! we asked for lettuce onthe side because my mom does not like it soggy yet they told us to pull to the side and brought us our food after 30 mins yetour food was still cold along with our fries i hated the fact that i come back hoping it gets better but it doesn?t im sorry butyou guys need to improve if this is the job you applied for then make it better show ur customer more respect Read more
