This particular site is located in the Home Depot Shopping Center in Spring St. off Atlantic Ave. in Signal Hill. Lots of... hardworking, polite employees. Average service. Good food(Jack's usually is). Clean restaurant. Additional perk is theacceptance of EBT card benefits. Only drawback is that the prices have climbed a bit. Otherwise Jack restaurants are a good fastfood option. Read more

7/6 10am woman working counter was clueless. Line to the door. She keeps looking at the taken orders on the screen, but could... not understand what was on it. How does one of the biggest fast food chains in the country not have soda? Pretty egregious fault of management here to have... your entire carbonated beverage system go down. They are NOT hard to keep working; I have one in my bedroom? Edit: gave thislocation 2 more tries over the course of the past few months. Last last visit they got 3 out of 4 items in my order wrong. Mymost recent visit, their listed hours were till 3AM and they were completely closed at midnight. Response to Jack corporate:it?s not that I couldn?t ?drink what I wanted?. Your location had NO FOUNTAIN BEVERAGES AT ALL. Stop trying to make your entiredrink system being down seem like a small deal. Lastly, no, I already wasted 3 trips and received subpar service. I?m not goingto take more time out of my day to file a report when your management should be simply doing their job keeping their store open,making sure they have drinks, and not messing up 75% of the order they prepared. Literally one of the best I've been to. Employees all seem nice and the food is great. The burgers look delicious! They always... have fresh or crisp lettuce and the meat doesn't look like it has been frozen for months. Everything looks fresh and thislocation probably gives one of the best representation of burgers in a sense that they look like they should. The burgers looklike the pictures on the menu bar. This is by far the best Jack in the box place I've been to. Read more
