Was refused service because I was on a motorcycle. When I asked why I couldn't be served, I was told "I don't know why you're... coming at me like that. I'm not gonna take your order." Wow. As much as I hate how the cook treated me this afternoon. Other staffs were nice, Serenity was very pleasant. The old Hispanic... cook was nasty after messing up my order. I can't have salt so I ordered my "French fries with no salt" and when I dipped myhand in the fries I had salt all on my hand, tasted it to confirm my suspicions. Red haired woman employee extremely rude unnecessarily...Rolled her eyes and did not deliver on the request for water cups.... Purposefully did not open the buzzer for the bathroom long enough to allow us in. Literally tossed the bag of food onto thetable and it fell over. Our second order was "stolen" and not given to us. I sympathize with being overworked in customerservice on a night shift, but being rude isn't the way to go. You never know what other people are going through. Great Food, Efficient workers and trustworthy. I ordered my food and left my credit card at the drive through and asked to pick... it up the next day and when I returned and a new crew was working, they got my card in no time.
