WOW, just nothing like this place. The various flavors are amazing. The ice they use is perfect, it really is fluffy. The syrup... is perfect you never end up with a cup of ice and no flavor/syrup at the end. The service is impeccable, the smiles are amazingand they remember your last order. They are like snow cone bartenders inquiring about what you like and don?t and then blendingup your snow cone. They also let you sample as much as you like. Love the flavour I got which is the Puebla sno-ball. Has the perfect tanginess, sweetness and spiciness I like. The place is... clean and has a good vibe. And best of all, the customer service is on point! Owners were very accommodating and made surethat we enjoyed our visit. We had fun tasting some of their special flavours. The only thing is that most of the flavours Itasted are too sweet for me... maybe the more reason to come back to check out if they have more tangy offerings like the one Iordered. Read more

Kevin was absolutely amazing I?ve never seen a snow cone place before and my boyfriend was so excited! Definitely did not... disappoint! Came here with my daughter and fell in love with the place! I had the privilege of meeting the owner and he is super sweet I... felt bad ordering such a simple order after he gave a whole spiel about the different flavors he has to offer. A++ this place is awesome! It was delicious and the owners are amazing. They are super friendly and welcoming and they made... great recommendations. Lots of tasty flavors. Welcome to Downtown Long Beach. So these Snow-Balls remind me of the Mexican Raspados. If you ever had a raspado it?s shaved... ice with flavored syrups and these NoLa Snow-balls took me right back to my childhood. Location: Right off Long Beach Blvd.It?s a Main Street with lots of traffic and public transportation (Bus Line) right out front. There is street meter parking butthey also have a huge parking lot right next to the store. Service: Ahhhh-Amazing! I was immediately greeted by Owner Darrenand Employee Michelle. I felt welcomed as we immediately talked about the store opening and all the storeoffers. Snow-Balls: Shaved ice with flavored syrup. They had a BIG selection of flavors to choose from and the best part of youcan mix flavors if that?s your thing. The newest flavor was Pickle, yes I said Pickle. Unfortunately I didn?t get a chance totry the pickle flavor but that just means I must go back lol I also picked up a slice of the Kings Cake. I have never had or heard of kings cake but it caught my eye and Darren told me I wouldn?t be disappointed and he was 100% right, it was sodelicious.
