The food is disgusting! I was served what I can only describe as days old chicken that had the texture and consistency of jerky.... It was so gross. The churros were also beyond gross, they were hard and full of oil. I will never order from this pollo locoever again. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews but this el polo loco is horrible they remodeled the outside but the food is not good & it?s not... fresh at all today I ordered a chipotle chicken burrito it was filled with beans and rice they gave me brown guacamole stalechips & the pico de gallo & green sauce is sour the other day I came around 2pm and they told me they didn?t have any chickenthat it would take 20-25 mins I will never come to this el polo loco again I?m so disappointed in the service I?ve beenreceiving. I?m am still here and very upset. It?s not busy. It?s not lunch rush hour. They forgot to make my order and I?ve been here 25... minutes already. Dont come to this garbage pollo loco they didn?t put my corn tortillas nor the salsas when asked them during payed check your... bag before you leave cause i forgot to check mines thinking everything was there but i left when i got home i noticed that plusinside the tables and floor is dirty i not eating inside like that with food all over the tables yikes what kind of employeesare this bunch of rookies plus i order food before here and alot of times i order they burn the food and that doesn?t takes goodthats a big no no go the one in paramount or bellflower is better trust me i will never coming back to this place Read more
Is it possible to give negative stars? It was 610pm and they said "there was no more chicken and it will be at least 1.5 hours... before they receive and more to cook ".
